This ex-designer fabric is a tulle. Illusion tulle is also known as veil tulle, as it has a subtle shimmery finish than makes it special for wedding veils and overlays. It is woven from a network of tiny interconnecting hexagons which gives it the characteristic net like appearance. Very lightweight and floaty, with a very soft feel. Lovely on skirts and hat accessories, as well as for décor and wrapping presents!
